private classes
I offer private yoga instruction online and in-person. I specialize in breathing, meditation, and restorative/yin yoga, but am happy to work with you on “peak poses” or vinyasa-flow style classes. Private sessions are on a sliding scale and dependent on how long of a session you’d like, if you are signing up for a series of classes, and if you are looking for online or in-person. Please reach out to me to discuss options and pricing further.
private events
I offer private yoga classes catered to your special event. This is a great option for birthdays, bachelorettes, community events, or corporate wellness hours. 60-minute sessions are $120 (+$10 >30miles from Wrentham, MA).
Testimonial
“Eve's teaching style is well-organized and directed. This helps me to not overthink the practice but instead immerse myself in the flow and strive to do my best with each pose. Eve radiates kindness and compassion in her teaching. She always shares tips and alternatives for making poses accessible to those of us with flexibility limitations. I'm not comfortable trying a pose, Eve does not push me or make me feel inadequate. She is supportive and encouraging throughout the practice.
I highly recommend private lessons with Eve to anyone who'd like to try yoga and wants an instructor with a patient, gentle approach. She'd also be a great instructor for students at any level looking to be coached past a plateau, perhaps due to a past injury or other physical limitation. I have been very impressed with the amount of research Eve invests in preparing private lessons. She constantly challenges herself to broaden her knowledge of strengthening and stretching techniques relevant to improving the practice of yoga.
I thoroughly enjoy Eve's insights linking yoga practice to the change of seasons and other rhythms of nature. This is just one of many ways Eve reminds me of our connection to things beyond and outside of us that also flow through us.”
